Jennifer Lopez, 45, had to know she'd be making headlines with this little soundbite when she appeared on the August 21 episode of Chelsea Lately. When asked whether she'd ever marry again considering her recent split from Casper Smart, 27, she revealed to host Chelsea Handler, 39, that she likes being in a relationship because she's "not one to whore around."

Jennifer Lopez’s Sex Life: Singer Reveals She Doesn’t ‘Whore Around’

While we’re not so sure that a lady’s two options are either 1) marriage or 2) “whoring around,” we get what she’s saying.

JLo and Casper announced their split in June, following Casper’s alleged affair with a transgender model, effectively ending their two-and-a-half year relationship.

However, Jennifer’s stance on relationships must mean that she’s the forgiving type. She and Casper were seen hanging out again on August 19 before she “ducked for cover” once she spotted the paparazzi on her tail, reported TMZ.

Jennifer Lopez ‘Never Was Really Over’ Casper Smart, ‘Just Very Mad At Him’

Indeed, as a source previously revealed to HollywoodLife.com, “She never was really over him, she was just very mad at him.

“Her kids [twins Emme and Max, 6] still love him and talk about him all the time and she doesn’t want to start anything new with anyone; she wants things to be familiar and what they once were.

“They are working out their differences to hopefully rekindle their romance, or to at least work together again.”

Jennifer did allude to her relationship with Casper, clarifying to Chelsea that she’s not necessarily into younger men — she just happened to have dated “one younger guy.”

“I don’t really plan things out; things just happen,” before joking that she “[needs] to plan things better.”

She’s not wrong — JLo has been married a whopping three times, not to mention her other, highly-publicized relationships which did not end up in marriage. (Diddy and Ben Affleck, anyone? Never forget.)

Anyway, we’re glad that JLo is such a romantic and that she’s open to diving into marriage once again! And, seemingly, back into her relationship with Casper.

HollywoodLifers, what do you think about Jennifer’s shocking statement? And do you think that she and Casper will ever reignite their relationship in earnest? Let us know.
